| If you find Serebii's to be too hard, use Psypokes: http://www.psypokes.com/dex/iv.php I find that one to be a little easier for me. But if you are looking through multiple Pokemon to see if they have 31 IVs in each stat, It's easier to use Marrilands Ultimate Stat Calculator: http://pokemon.marriland.com/statcalc_dp.php If the Pokemon have 0 EVs, go to the wild section, and look at the maximum stat. + is its good stat in that nature (ie. attack in adamant), the = is neutral (ie. Defence in adamant), and - is if its bad in that nature (ie. Special attack in adamant). |

| Good Idea Cmndr, I had only used Marriland's once when getting my SID for RNG, and I didn't keep the link.
In the end Shiny Salamence, any of those are good suggestions. If you need any help, please don't hesitate to ask. I and the others will be all to glad to help.

| Assuming you mean Hidden Power and not Hit Points, yes, it should.
Although MetalKid's is more accurate while the two mentioned tend to give you ranges and you can't really calculate Hidden Powers without the exact number...

If you want to figure it out backwards, what IVs you need for a certain Hidden Power, this should help: http://www.psypokes.com/dex/hp.php
